Welcome on my home page. You will find here information about my research topics, as well as all my publications and the slides from my talks.
I am a CNRS researcher in the team S2QT (solid state quantum technologies) at the Laboratoire Charles Coulomb in Montpellier, France. I am studying condensed matter, and in particular magnetism, at the nanoscale using the nice properties of the NV centers in diamond. If you want to know more about it, have a look here or at the page of our team!
You can contact me by e-mail at the address aurore.finco{at}normalesup.org or aurore.finco{at}umontpellier.fr, or even aurore.finco{at}cnrs.fr.
I have an open PhD position available, for a start in October 2025. The topic of the research project is the investigation of emergent properties of antiferromagnets with scanning NV center microscopy. More details can be found here. Please send your application to aurore.finco{at}umontpellier.fr.
